Our merchandise can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase for store credit only. We do NOT offer exchanges or refunds.
Any marked down items or “sale” items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Swimwear, intimates, undergarments, bodysuits, and jewelry are final sale.
Before you return an item, please make sure that:
-The item was purchased in the last 14 days.
-The item is in its original packaging with tags attached.
-The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Items returned without applicable hangtags will be subject to refusal.
Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair will be rejected and returned to sender.
If your return does not fit the criteria as stated above it will be refused/returned to sender to the address and sender listed on the package.
Damaged items: If you received a damaged item, please notify us within 1 day of receiving your item(s) for assistance.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any return shipping charges. Orders may be returned using any method of your choice. We recommend using a traceable service. Once we receive your return, we will process a store credit. Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return to obtain store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
